SFMOMA is unveiling the newest work that will live in the ground floor of the public Roberts Family Gallery. In 2018 artist JR set up a mobile photo studio in 22 locations across San Francisco to capture the stories and images of San Francisco. All 1200 subjects are displayed in a digital mural and will be invited as special guests to the opening. There will be an informal talk along with his mobile studio in the Howard Street outdoor corridor.
